Refund Policy
At Ruffin It we strive to provide the best care for your pets. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our refund policy:
1. Cancellations & Refunds:
• 24 hours or more notice: If you cancel your booking with at least 24 hours’ notice, you are eligible for a full refund or a rescheduling of your reservation.
• Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled drop-off time will not be refunded.
2. No-Shows: If you do not show up for a scheduled daycare session and do not notify us in advance, no refund will be provided.
3. Early Pickup: If you pick up your dog earlier than scheduled, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the daycare session.
4. Weather or Health-related Closures: In the rare event that we need to close due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., a health emergency), you will be notified as soon as possible. We will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule your booking.
5. Deposits: Deposits for long-term bookings or special services are non-refundable unless canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.
6. Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
Just a reminder all sales are final.
